At times in my own life, I’ve felt that pressure - to do more, to be more, to keep everything going.
And what I’ve learned is that real change doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from pausing, reflecting, and reconnecting with what actually matters - your values and who you really are.
I bring a blend of therapeutic understanding and practical coaching, which means our work is both reflective and forward moving.

We begin with a free introductaory call.
This is as relaxed, no-pressure space to explore what’s going on for you, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

This space is for women who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change - but are not sure where to start.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. Just a willingness to explore what’s going on and take small, meaningful steps forward.

I offer both a 6-session therapeutic coaching programme and individual 1:1 sessions.
6 session programme: £247 (standard) /£297 (premium)
Individual sessions: £50
I am currently offering a limited number of pilot spaces at a reduced rate.

This completely depends on you and your needs.
For some, this looks like ongoing weekly or monthly sessions. For others the 6-session programme provides a focused starting point.
Some people begin with a structured block and then continue with more flexible, ongoing support.
